So Versa made a new unit but did not get with the tanning software folks early enough. I did have to change the outlet to adapt this new unit but other than that all is good. Cannot imagine any negatives on the Pro IMO. I can tell you we are getting way MORE sessions from the new solution/unit, WAY more, than the older versa.Ĭost for new solution is $1. Technically an employee could ring up a level 1 and send a code for a level 4. Not the best way for now, but at least I have some sort of a checks and balance as opposed to an open keyboard on the VP. Then it opens the bed box and I pick the room and THEN we put the CODE in to send to the timer. It is used in the sales code box BUT you have to manually put the correct price for the session. Until Helios builds the new hard coding for the Pro it is useless for the newer and extensive menu on the VP. Right now the hard coding in Helios is for the first generation Versa's as you know. Not really sure what issues you are hearing, but for me I just had to figure out how to use the T- Manager to send codes and not walk back each time or have an OPEN keyboard for customers to change up after you left the room. I am getting ready to sell my old Versa Spa, but was pleased with it too. All retail software uses a serial number or key of some form.
